Cincinnati-based Sims-Lohman is pleased to announce the acquisition of Florida-based The Legacy Cabinet Company.

The joining of these two highly regarded businesses creates a market-leading, family-owned, cabinet and countertop provider that serves customers throughout the mid-west and southeastern United States. With this acquisition, effective today, Sims-Lohman expands its footprint from eight states to 12, adds 10 customer showrooms and 11 distribution centers. This brings their total portfolio to 38 showrooms, 18 regional distribution centers and six state-of-the-art, granite and quartz countertop manufacturing plants.
