A Letter to our Communities,
Sims-Lohman is continually taking the utmost precautions to protect the safety of our clients, our team and our communities. Our showrooms remain open. To adhere to State and Federal guidelines for the COVID-19 situation, we are limiting the number of customers in our showrooms. Two customers per sales associate are permitted only BY APPOINTMENT.
All appointment timeframes will be strictly enforced as to not impede on subsequent appointments. With this objective in mind, we have implemented several procedures to our business to respond to and reduce the threat of COVID-19, such as:
Customer Appointments: Our sales teams are working remotely to support our clients when possible by conference lines, video chat, or online group meetings. They are available to answer any questions you may have about upcoming renovations or projects. Please call in advance for an appointment at our showrooms.
Good Hygiene: We are asking that everyone practice good hygiene. Please practice washing your hands often. Covering a cough or sneeze with elbow or tissue. Limiting close contact with others (including shaking hands), and avoiding directly touching your face, mouth, and nose. We will be regularly cleaning and sanitizing our buildings.
Daily Check-Ins: We will be checking in with all team members and contractors to reevaluate and monitor this situation as it unfolds.
