Boys Hope Girls Hope Cincinnati
With the official Celebration of Appreciation open house soon to commence, we wanted to raise public awareness to the local Boys Hope Girls Hope Cincinnati organization. Back in July of this year, Sims-Lohman and many other local corporations including Messer Construction, stepped up to build a new home which will house underserved youth through the BHGH residential scholar program.
The Heidt Hope house is a pure beacon of hope and example of goodwill. Sims-Lohman provided the kitchen cabinetry and bath vanities within the home. Contractors from every trade demonstrated their skill and excellence while working on this project. Their goal is to graduate young people who are physically, emotionally and academically prepared for post-secondary education and a productive life, breaking the cycle of poverty.
Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati helps academically motivated middle and high school students rise above disadvantaged backgrounds and become successful in college and beyond. Thus, year after year, student after student, the program will continue to change the face of poverty in Cincinnati.
